• 1990 – 1991 – Got trained as Asst. Collector, West Godavari Dist., Andhra Pradesh which consists of Delta area, upland area and Scheduled area.
• 1991 – 1993 – Worked as Sub- Collector, Asifabad, Adilabad Dist., which is cosidered as one of the most backward Sub-Divisions in Andhra Pradesh.
• 1993-1994 – Worked as Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Agency (I.T.D.A) Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram Dist., bordering Orissa State.
• 1994 – 1995 Worked as Project Director, D.R.D.A. at Chittoor for 3 months and then as Joint Collector, Chittoor Dist.,
